Each course introduces participants to a broad range of feelings to help the Men become more aware of their feelings and to support them develop a full feeling vocabulary. These feelings express a person’s met and unmet Needs. For Men to be in touch with themselves, sensitive and respectful to others, and responsive to their essential human needs, it is vital that they know what they are feeling. This course helps them to recognize their feelings, deeply feel their feelings, and to openly and courageously express how they are feeling to others in kind ways.

Earth Man

Seed Sower
I create abundance. The banquet table of life is always laid, to be enjoyed and celebrated. My life is pregnant with unlimited possibilities. I love to sow seeds. I share and I am nourished by what I harvest.

Thankfulness
I am thankful to be alive. I frequently express my gratitude and gratefulness. My inner smile breathes gratitude. On every step of my journey I express my great-full-ness.

Trust
I trust myself, I am trustworthy. I am who I am.I recognise that developing trust is an inside job. I cultivate qualitative relationships once I establish my inner trust. I am dependable. Trust is the doorway to intimacy in all my relationships.
