For over 50 years I have been a therapist, teacher, and counselor helping thousands of my clients lead a more meaningful, purposeful and enjoyable life.
As a teacher and wellness practitioner, I have also been learning how to take good care of myself, how to live a wholesome life, and be aligned with my true essence.
One of my passions in this lifetime has been teaching students in schools. I have taught every age from kindergarten to University to Adult education, created my own unique community school, offered professional development days to inspire teachers, and plan on returning to be a high school teacher again in 2024.
In preparation for my return to the classroom I began designing and developing a new curriculum. I allowed my imagination to flow, my creative mind to play with possibilities, to think outside the box, and combine this with my many years of experience, expertise, and training in many disciplines.
What would be the core content for a meaningful curriculum for students in schools?
What would a student need to experience and learn so they could go out into the world with Life Skills that would serve them well?
What are the essential ingredients for an enjoyable and well lived life?

I came to an understanding that there were two overarching archetypes that govern all existence: The Divine Feminine and The Divine Masculine. These are the two polarities, the two energies that co-create life in all its diverse forms and manifestations, inside and outside every Woman and Man.
I began writing down on pieces of cardboard the major Archetypes, Qualities of being, and Traits of behavior for a life well lived. From the great traditions I was aware of the magic number 108, a sacred number in many cultures and religions. The number 108 represents the wholeness of existence. 108 is significant in sacred geometry, and has held spiritual significance since ancient times. I also realized that there were 108 primary feelings.
So I created 2 Decks, each with 54 Cards. The union of these two Card Decks is the sacred essence of life. These cards will awaken your divinity. Whenever you pull a card, this is an invitation to be curious about an aspect of yourself. An exploration into who you are!? Every card in this deck is YOU. The more you use the deck, the better you get to know yourself. Learning about yourself is a lifelong Journey.
Celebrating my creation and co-creation with Ignats Knuslis who is the designer of the card decks.
Having defined the 108 Cards I then added ‘I’ statements to give life, form, and create curiosity ~ to foster a questioning and wondering mind. I also wanted to inspire the reader to look deeply within themselves and to awaken their feelings. This personalized the cards. The reader is in conversation with them self, listening to their inner urges and feelings, hearing their authentic self speak. The cards were intentionally and energetically written in the appreciative, affirmative, and regenerative style. We live in a problematic and negative world. I wanted these cards to help the reader positively reframe the way they feel, think, and operate.
Then I ascribed each card to either the Feminine or Masculine deck. I based that upon a feeling state inside myself. For each card, I discerned whether the predominant feeling was Masculine or Feminine.
Finally, in the development of the Card Decks I placed each Card into one of four relational fields of learning, growing, loving and evolving. I wanted the reader to relationally understand where their attention and awareness needed to focus. Life is a relationship journey.
1. The relationship with yourself. These are the Sacred Wisdom Cards. The dance of intimacy with yourself. Learning about yourself, the path of self-realization.
2. Your relationship with the other. These are the Connection to Life Cards. The connection and communion you have with people and life itself. The path of co-creation and manifestation. Loving your beloved’s.
3. Your relationship with your family, community and tribe. These are the Tribal Tantra Cards. Your relationship to the collective and to the greater good of Humanity.
4. Your relationship with all of existence. These are the Universal Life Cards. Embracing and celebrating the infinite, great spirit, the known and the unknown.
